1. Introduction
Welcome to Ticket UK ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website at ticket-uk.co.uk ("Website") and the purchase of tickets through our platform. By accessing our Website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

4.2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
4.3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
5. Ticket Purchases
5.1. Nature of Tickets
All tickets sold through Ticket UK are Wimbledon Debenture tickets. Debenture seats are privately owned and holders have the legal right to sell their tickets. This is not "touting" - it is the legitimate resale of privately-owned property.
5.2. Pricing
Ticket prices are set by Debenture holders and may exceed face value. All prices displayed include all fees and taxes - we operate an "all-in" pricing model with no hidden charges. Prices are in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise stated.
5.3. Availability
Ticket availability is subject to change without notice. We cannot guarantee availability until an order is confirmed. In rare cases where tickets become unavailable after purchase, we will offer comparable alternatives or a full refund.
5.4. Order Confirmation
Your order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email with your order number. This constitutes a binding contract between you and Ticket UK.
6. Payment
6.1. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
6.2. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Your payment method will be charged immediately upon order confirmation.
6.3. All transactions are processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your complete payment card details.
6.4. You represent that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that the information supplied is accurate.
7. Ticket Delivery
7.1. Tickets are delivered electronically as PDF files. You will receive instant access to download your tickets from your account upon order confirmation.
7.2. It is your responsibility to download and print your tickets (if required) before the Event.
7.3. We recommend downloading tickets immediately and storing them securely. Lost or deleted tickets may be re-downloaded from your account.
7.4. For certain events, physical tickets may be required. In such cases, delivery timeframes will be communicated at the time of purchase.
8. Ticket Authenticity Guarantee
8.1. All tickets sold through Ticket UK are 100% guaranteed authentic. We verify the validity of all Debenture tickets before listing.
8.2. If, for any reason, your tickets are not valid for entry to the Event, we will provide replacement tickets of equal or greater value, or issue a full refund including any reasonable expenses incurred.
8.3. This guarantee does not apply if tickets are invalidated due to your actions, such as attempting to duplicate or transfer tickets in violation of venue rules.
9. Cancellations and Refunds
9.1. Buyer-Initiated Cancellations
Due to the nature of event tickets, all sales are final. Once an order is confirmed, you cannot cancel or obtain a refund except as provided in these Terms or required by law.
9.2. Event Cancellation
If an Event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you will receive a full refund of the ticket price. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
9.3. Event Postponement
If an Event is postponed or rescheduled, your tickets remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled Event, please contact us to discuss options.
9.4. Rain Delays
Wimbledon matches may be affected by weather. Centre Court and Court No.1 have retractable roofs. No refunds are provided for weather-related delays or interruptions.
10. Event Entry and Conduct
10.1. Entry to Events is subject to the venue's terms and conditions. You must comply with all venue rules, including security procedures and prohibited items policies.
10.2. The venue reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any person who violates venue rules or behaves inappropriately.
10.3. Tickets may not be used for commercial purposes, competitions, promotions, or resale without our express written consent.
11. Intellectual Property
11.1. All content on our Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by or licensed to Ticket UK and is protected by intellectual property laws.
11.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
11.3. "Wimbledon" and related marks are trademarks of the All England Lawn Tennis Club. Their use on our Website is for descriptive purposes only and does not imply endorsement.
12. Limitation of Liability
12.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ticket UK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
12.2. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the tickets in question.
12.3. We are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, government actions, or venue closures.
12.4. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

15.3. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email.
16. Governing Law

17. Dispute Resolution
17.1. If you have a complaint, please contact us at hello@ticket-uk.co.uk. We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 business days.
17.2. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may be entitled to use an alternative dispute resolution service.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
